Tours
When you were a child, perhaps you crawled behind the television set to find out where the things you saw on screen were originating amongst the wires and cables that were back there. Perhaps your children are doing the same right now? Why not take a tour of Latvian Television to bring childhood dreams to life? Our tours will be interesting for mom, dad and the kids!
Tours are offered on workdays from 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Please apply in advance on +371-720-0436. The fee is 30 santīms for preschool-age children, 80 santīms for schoolchildren, Ls 1 for university students and pensioners, and Ls 1.50 for everyone else. Group leaders can take the tour for free.
Getting to LTV
• Take trolleybus 20 (the route starts at the University of Latvia) and remain on the bus until its final stop (“Television Centre”);
• Take bus 40 to the “Zaķusala” stop;
• Take trolleybus 19 or 24 to the “Zaķusala stop”.
